Privacy Policy
LaunchApp Inc operates animus.team. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
animus.team is operated by LaunchApp Inc ("we", "us", "our"). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@launchapp.dev.
Information you give us
The only place this site asks you for personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your email address.
- The workflow you describe, in free text.
- Your role and the approximate volume of the workflow, as selected.
- A randomly generated session identifier, used to link a partially completed form to its final submission.
We use this solely to evaluate whether your workflow is a fit for Animus and to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit, including IP address, browser type and version, the pages requested, and timestamps. Vercel provides aggregate, cookieless analytics. PostHog provides cookieless audience measurement and pageview reporting. PostHog does not store an analytics identifier on your device or create person profiles; it uses technical request data to create a short-lived, irreversible audience hash and then discards the IP address. We do not use these services to track you across other websites.
Cookies
This site sets two functional cookies only — app_theme and i18next — which remember your theme and language. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our Cookie Policy describes them in detail.
Who else processes your information
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the site:
- Supabase — hosts the database in which contact submissions are stored.
- Resend — delivers the internal notification email generated by your submission.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides aggregate, cookieless analytics.
- PostHog — provides cookieless audience measurement and pageview reporting without device analytics storage, person profiles, or session recordings.
Contact submissions from animus.team are stored in a database shared with our other product site, launchapp.dev. Records are tagged with the site they came from. The same team at LaunchApp Inc is responsible for both.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to establish or defend legal claims.
How long we keep it
We retain contact submissions for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Email privacy@launchapp.dev and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to legal requirements. The effective date below indicates when it was last revised.
