Privacy Policy

LaunchApp Inc operates animus.team. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

animus.team is operated by LaunchApp Inc ("we", "us", "our"). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@launchapp.dev.

Information you give us

The only place this site asks you for personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:

• Your email address.
• The workflow you describe, in free text.
• Your role and the approximate volume of the workflow, as selected.
• A randomly generated session identifier, used to link a partially completed form to its final submission.

We use this solely to evaluate whether your workflow is a fit for Animus and to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit, including IP address, browser type and version, the pages requested, and timestamps. Vercel provides aggregate, cookieless analytics.

We use PostHog, without cookies, to understand how the site is used. It records:

• Which pages are viewed.
• A small set of named interactions: clicks on links to the contact page, choosing which demo video to watch, playing it, choosing a video chapter, how far the video is watched, and whether a contact form submission succeeded. The contents of the form are never sent to PostHog.
• Page performance measurements (Core Web Vitals), such as how long the page took to load.
• Technical reports of errors in the site's code, including the error message and the browser in which it occurred.

PostHog does not store an analytics identifier on your device, create person profiles, or record sessions. It uses technical request data to create a short-lived, irreversible audience hash and then discards the IP address. Query strings and fragments are removed from page addresses before they are sent.

Tracking across other websites

We do not track you across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time or across different websites when you use this site. The site carries no advertising tags, social media pixels, or third-party embeds.

Cookies

This site sets two functional cookies only — app_theme and i18next — which remember your theme and language. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our Cookie Policy describes them in detail.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers can send a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When your browser sends either signal, PostHog does not record your visit at all. Vercel's aggregate analytics and our hosting providers' standard server logs do not change in response to these signals. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, there is no cross-site tracking for these signals to switch off.

Who else processes your information

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the site:

• Supabase — hosts the database in which contact submissions are stored.
• Resend — delivers the internal notification email generated by your submission.
• Vercel — hosts the site and the video files shown on it, protects it against abuse, records standard request logs, and provides aggregate, cookieless analytics.
• PostHog — provides the cookieless measurement described above, without device analytics storage, person profiles, or session recordings.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Where it is processed

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where the law of your country requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

How long we keep it

We retain contact submissions for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Reviewing and changing your information

To review the personal information you submitted through the contact form, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email privacy@launchapp.dev from the address you used. We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Email privacy@launchapp.dev and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to legal requirements. When we do, we post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date shown below. Changes take effect when they are posted, so we encourage you to check this page from time to time.
